Financial Requirements & Policies
A hold will be placed on all credit cards for the estimated amount of the rental plus 15% OR a minimum of $350.00, whichever is greater. We will remove the hold at the end of the rental when the final charges are settled. A higher hold may be placed for luxury vehicles.
- No cash deposit or pre-paid cards at the time of pick-up. Payment by cash or pre-paid card is accepted only when car is returned.
- Debit Cards are ONLY accepted with proof of residence (one original and current utility bill) with your name and address matching your driver’s license (P.O. Boxes are not accepted) and a $400 minimum security deposit. Debit cards will not be accepted with luxury vehicles and/or with out-of-state licenses. No Exceptions.
- Additional Authorized Drivers: There is no charge for an additional authorized driver. All additional authorized drivers must present a major credit card at the time of pick-up and be at least 25 years of age.
- Driving Restriction: Driving is restricted to California, Nevada, Arizona and Oregon and Utah.
- Driving Age: Minimum age to rent a van is 25.
- Grace Period: Grace period is one hour after your due time. Overtime charges will apply after one hour. After 3 hours you will be charged for another day
- Cleaning Fee: A cleaning fee will apply if your car is returned EXCESSIVELY dirty in the inside. Ex: Animal hair, sand, mud, stains, food, tobacco smell, etc
- Cancellations: Cancellations will be subject to a one day rental fee if not made at least 24 hours in advance for local rentals or 48 hours in advance for one-way rentals
- One Way Rentals: Subject to a 3 day minimum, drop-off fee is calculated based on distance
- Insurance: Loss and Damage Waiver "LDW" is $14.99 per day
- Supplemental Liability Insurance "SLI" is $12.45 per day
Special Luxury Vehicle Rental Conditions:
- No Renters or Drivers under 25
- PROOF OF INSURANCE, (insurance agent, phone, company and policy number) required by all renters and drivers
- NO LOSS DAMAGE WAIVER OFFERED WITH THIS RENTAL
- Two-hundred free miles per day and Thirty-five Cents per mile for all miles over 200 miles per day
- Credit card hold of $1,000.00 or 15% of estimated rental, whichever is greater (NO DEBIT CARDS)
